This year's team will only be a 10 person team as I feel only those
who deserve and can contribute should be in the team.


Not selected (reasons being):
Joan
firstly attendance is bad due to many 'valid reasons' in her life. 
Eg: chalet, 'sick', birthdays, 'i may be in pe attire but no one
told me got training so I'm watching my we-are-not-official-couple-friend
play frisbee'.
Well leave the reasons for the school admin to explain your absence.
But in my team, you are not there you are not there.
I don't even have to tell you that I know your valid reasons are in fact, not valid.
Secondly, it's very not acceptable that you tried to bend my rules and
think you can get away with setting a bad example for the juniors. 
Liting
no debate for this person about her attendance and commitment being bad.
but undesirable attitude and no respect is the main reason why there isn't
any hesitation at all to drop this person from the team.
i don't need someone who sees me as invisible or turn around and walk the
other way when she sees the team.
Khaixing
i really wanted to put you in the team but it seems to me that she have alot
of other priorities in your life even at this crucial period.
hope you will do well and be happy in whatever she is pursuing.


for the rest of the team, i just want to say it's really up to you already.
if you think i should be more patient with you, i can only say didn't i?
it's already your last year.
if you think i should be not be angry with you, i can only say i can.

my expectations for all of you is not low you know.
until today i am still waiting to see jianing play like a leader on court.
