I do not taunt/complain about players being lousy when they 1st come to the team.
As long as they are willing to learn, to try, to challenge themselves to become better players, it's already comforting enough for me.
However I really can't stand players who behave like losers, who can't stand up after a fall, who can't take the pressure/responsibility of their supposed roles.
Isn't these what basketball is about?
To raise her heads high as a player,
to pick it up after every mistake/miss,
to score as many balls as you could on offense and to stop as many balls as you can on defense as the person playing in the court.
If I'm a coach who don't care about players not being developed to their full potential, maybe I can allow/stand all those losers reactions.
However, SORRY I AM NOT!
I am a coach working to build a strong team with strong individuals, to create history, to perform miracles, to realize dreams.
I strongly believe that you can achieve but if you think you can't keep up with my pace, chase hard or get ditched cause I can tell you for sure I/the team will not stop/slow down for you!
Be part of the factor to the rise of your team not the fall.
Be involved in the game won not sitting on the bench thinking you couldn't do more.
YOU determine the result of the game when the final whistle is blown, not opponents, not referees, not spectators not anything BUT YOU!
