How to give another chance to an insincere player/teammate?
How to stand a player/teammate who chose slacking to fighting?

everyone keeps telling me to give them another chance...
everyone keeps telling me they are trying to change...

c'mon, i have never change my stand from day 1.
c'mon, they are the ones whose standard and attitude changed for the worse.
why does it seems that i'm the one trying to make things difficult for them?
why is it not them making things difficult for me?
who knows how these people are slowing my plans for the team?
if the team falls, will they be held responsible or me??
