Everything seemed resolved? But do not take things for granted. Everybody contributed to this mess. It’s just a matter of who contributed more and who lesser. Things can be ‘better’ now but it’ll not go back to normal/better unless we put in the extra effort to mend things back. Similarly, it doesn’t matter who contributes more or who lesser as long as we bear in mind what we want back is the cute and happy team everyone loved to be in in the past, the team-oriented and selfless mentality in the beginning, the constant desire to improve individually and overall as a player/person on/off court, the stifling morale and never-dying fighting spirit whilst staying humble.
1 more thing to remember: the goal you set as a team to show the world!!

So many things (and seriously nothing seems even directly-related to bball) had happened recently that we seemed to lose focus and forget our dreams and why we love this game, this team in the 1st place. Everyone has an effect on how the team become and everybody is responsible for the team. You can be an issue to the team or the team can be an issue to you. You can drag the whole team down with you and make everyone feel as bad as you or you can be a moral support to the team boosting the morale and leading the team to its best. Maybe, we can continue to be petty and hold grudges to everything that had happened so far. Maybe, we can let go of the past, get back our focus, embrace our team again and realize our dreams.

I urge you to search your consciences and reflect on how you have changed, what you had done to cause so much unhappiness and inconveniences to the team. Everyone played a part in the once cute and happy team. Everyone played her part in today’s unhappy and ugly team. Yesterday is already history. Today is reality. But the future still unknown. How it turns out totally depends in your own hands.

How the team excels from here is really up to you girls now. I once thought this team will be my greatest pride but before I even know whether that's true, I've got the greatest disappointment from you. Let you decide me. To fight or not to fight. To give up or not to give up.

Last time, the little bees were adorable, obedient, pure and innocent! Queen bee loves little bees!
Suddenly, the little bees turned rebellious, self-orientated and scattered like sand! Queen bee was totally heart-broken!
